This guide covers the essential steps to deploy your first ticket panel. We'll move from basic configuration to a live, functional support system.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. [Launch Dashboard]: Run the /ticket-dashboard command in your server to open the interactive configuration menu.
  2. [Define Support Roles]: Click on ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Manage Support Roles and select the roles that should have access to manage tickets and view analytics.
  3. [Configure Log Channel]: Use the ๐Ÿ“ Set Log Channel dropdown to select where transcripts and ticket activity should be recorded.
  4. [Add a Category]: Navigate to ๐Ÿ“‚ Manage Categories > โž• Add Category. Enter a name for your department (e.g., "Support").
  5. [Assign Category Channel]: In the category editor, select ๐Ÿ“ Set Category Channel and pick the Discord category where ticket channels should be created.
  6. [Deploy Panel]: Return to the main dashboard view and click ๐Ÿš€ Deploy Ticket Panel. Busybee will send the ticket creation message to the current channel.
