Member Commands

Commands available to standard members to manage their own tickets.

Overview

Standard members primarily interact with Busybee through buttons and dropdowns. However, they have access to a few slash commands to manage their individual ticket channels.

Command List

1. /add

Adds a specific user to the current ticket channel.

• Usage: /add user:@username
• Context: Must be run inside an active ticket channel.

2. /remove

Removes a user from the current ticket channel.

• Usage: /remove user:@username
• Constraint: You cannot remove the ticket owner or staff members via this command.
