Overview

Intake forms ensure your staff has the context they need from the moment a ticket opens. You can set up to 5 custom questions per category.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. [Select Category]: Navigate to Dashboard > Manage Categories and select the category you want to edit.
2. [Open Question Editor]: Click ❓ Set Questions.
3. [Input Questions]: Enter your questions, one per line, in the modal that appears.
4. [Save]: Submit the modal. Busybee will now present these questions to any member opening a ticket in this category.

Reference & Configuration Options

Limit	Description
Max Questions	5 questions per category (Discord API limit).
Default Question	"Reason for opening this ticket" (if none are set).
