Webhooks, Logging, & Audit Trails
Track system activity and maintain a secure log of all support operations.
Overview
Busybee centralizes all critical events into a single Log Channel. This ensures that administrators can monitor staff activity and audit historical ticket data without needing direct access to the database.
Logged Events
Busybee currently logs the following actions:
- Ticket Closure: Includes a summary of the ticket (Participants, Duration) and the full
.txttranscript. - Claim Actions: (Implicitly tracked in the transcript and database metrics).
Step-by-Step Guide
- [Open Dashboard]: Run
/ticket-dashboard. - [Select Log Channel]: Use the ๐ Set Log Channel dropdown.
- [Verification]: Busybee will now send an automated message to that channel whenever a ticket is closed.
