Web Dashboard
The web dashboard lets you set up and run Ticket Nexus from your browser.
It edits the same settings as /ticket-dashboard, so a change made in one shows up in the other.
Who can use it
Sign in with Discord. You'll see every server where you are the owner or have Administrator or Manage Server —
the same people who can run /ticket-dashboard. The first time you sign in, Discord asks to share your server list; the
dashboard only reads it.
If a server is missing, check your permissions there. Changes to your Discord roles can take up to a minute to show up.
Adding Ticket Nexus to a server
Servers without the bot show Add to server. Clicking it registers the server for the beta and opens Discord's invite screen with that server already selected. Add the bot through this button rather than a shared invite link, or the bot will leave servers it doesn't recognise.
What's in it
| Page | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Overview | A setup checklist and this month's numbers at a glance. |
| Settings | Log channel, support and elevated roles, blacklist role, auto-close, claiming, DM transcripts, owner-add-members, metric tracking, and the blacklist itself. |
| Departments | Add, reorder, and edit departments: channel or thread tickets, parent channel, staff roles, intake questions, source picker, agreement, and welcome message. |
| Panel | Title, description, footer, images, button emoji, and panel style, with a live preview. Deploy the panel to any channel, or refresh it. |
| Tickets | Open and closed tickets with search. Open one to see who handled it, the intake answers, and the full transcript. |
| Stats | Tickets opened and closed, response and resolution times, daily volume, a staff leaderboard, and a split by department. |
How it differs from /ticket-dashboard
- Panel edits go live immediately. Saving panel or department changes on the web updates the deployed panel in Discord straight away — no need to deploy again.
- Pick channels and roles from lists. No copying emoji codes or channel IDs; custom server emojis are one click.
- Warnings before tickets fail. If the bot is missing Manage Channels or Create Private Threads where a department opens tickets, the department editor says so.
- Jump to a ticket. Open tickets have an Open in Discord link that opens the Discord app when it's installed (and the browser otherwise). It's handy for thread tickets, which Discord hides from the sidebar after a period of inactivity. Closed tickets have no link because their channel or thread is deleted on close — read their transcript instead.
The web dashboard also manages White Label bots.
