Intake Forms
Collect context before a ticket is created. Every category can have its own questions, an optional agreement screen, and an optional Plugin/Website/Other source prompt.
Custom questions
- Manage Categories → select the category.
- ❓ Set Questions → enter one question per line.
- Save. Members opening a ticket in that category now see them.

Overly long question labels are truncated to fit Discord's UI. Combined answers that exceed Discord's embed limits are shortened in embeds; the full text is always in the transcript.
Agreement screen
Enable Agreement shows a terms screen before the questions. 📜 Edit Agreement sets its title, description, and button label (the button defaults to "Agree & Open Ticket").
Source Select
For categories like Bug Reports, Enable Source Select asks members whether the report is about a Plugin, Website, or Other before the questions. If they choose Plugin, a second dropdown lists the names you set with 🔌 Set Plugin List (one per line, up to 25). With an empty list, choosing Plugin skips straight to the questions.
The chosen source and plugin are saved with the answers and appear in the ticket's reason.
Welcome message
👋 Edit Welcome Message replaces the default "Opened by / Reason" text at the top of the ticket. Submitted answers are still shown underneath. The title and description accept the naming variables.
