Ticket Panels
The ticket panel is the public message members use to open tickets. You design it in /ticket-dashboard and publish it
with ๐ Deploy Ticket Panel.
Panel styles
| Style | How it works |
|---|---|
| Classic (default) | One embed with a single Create Ticket button. With one category the button opens the intake form (or agreement) directly; with two or more, members pick a category from a dropdown first. |
| New | Discord's Components layout. Every category gets its own Select button next to its Panel Blurb. There is no intermediate button or dropdown. |
Switch any time with ๐งฉ Use New Panel Style / Use Classic Panel, then redeploy.
Branding
๐จ Edit Panel Style edits all of these in one modal:
| Field | Default |
|---|---|
| Panel Title | Create a Support Ticket |
| Panel Description | Need help? Click the button below to open a private ticket with our support team. |
| Footer Text (multi-line) | Your server's name |
| Footer Icon URL (Classic only, image link) | None |
| Panel Image URL (image link) | None |
๐ Set Button Emoji changes the Create Ticket button's emoji (default ๐ฉ).
Panel Blurb (New style)
Set a one-line description per category with ๐ Set Panel Blurb (up to 150 characters). If you move to the New style, shorten the Panel Description to a welcome line โ the blurbs now carry the detail.
Live stats
Deployed panels show average response time and total ticket count. Ticket Nexus refreshes those numbers every 30 minutes, so you don't need to redeploy to keep them current.
Multiple panels
Run /ticket-dashboard and deploy in as many channels as you like; they all share one configuration. The bot tracks the
most recently deployed panel for its automatic stats refresh.
