Quick Start

Get a working ticket panel live in about five minutes. You need the Manage Server permission to open the dashboard.

Steps

  1. Open the dashboard. Run /ticket-dashboard in the channel where you want the panel to appear.
  2. Set support roles. Open โญ Special Roles and Manage Support Roles as needed โ€” the roles you pick can see and manage tickets. See Support Roles.
  3. Set a log channel. Use the log channel dropdown so closed-ticket transcripts have somewhere to go.
  4. Add a category. Go to ๐Ÿ“‚ Manage Categories โ†’ โž• Add Category and name your department (for example "Support").
  5. Point it at Discord. In the category editor, choose ๐Ÿ“ Set Category Channel and pick the Discord category where ticket channels should be created.
  6. Deploy. Return to the main dashboard and click ๐Ÿš€ Deploy Ticket Panel.

Members can now open tickets from the panel.

Good to know

  • Every dashboard change is saved instantly, but the public panel only updates when you click Deploy Ticket Panel again.
  • You can deploy the panel in several channels โ€” they all share one configuration.
  • To move the panel, run /ticket-dashboard in the new channel and deploy again.
