Support Roles
Ticket Nexus decides who is "staff" from Discord roles you choose in the dashboard.
The tiers
| Tier | Where it's set | Access |

| Administrator | Discord permission | Every ticket and every command. |
| Category support roles | Category editor → 🛡️ Category Support Roles | Only that category's tickets. When set, these replace the global roles for that category. |
| Global support roles | Main dashboard → support roles selector | Every category that has no roles of its own. |
| Elevated Roles | ⭐ Special Roles | Instant /close and reopen by number. Not staff on their own — combine with a support role. |
| Blacklist Role | ⭐ Special Roles | Can run /blacklist. |
Existing tickets
Role changes apply to tickets created afterwards. Channels already open keep the permissions they were created with. (Unclaiming a ticket rebuilds its permissions from the current roles.)
WARNING
Only give Manage Server to people you trust — it opens the dashboard, where log channels and roles are set.
