Commands & Permissions

All commands are server-only (they cannot be used in DMs). Staff means an Administrator, a member with a support role (global, or the category's own roles), or — for the commands marked elevated — a member with an Elevated Role.

Ticket commands

Run these inside a ticket channel or thread.

Command Options Who can use it What it does
/add user Staff; the ticket owner if Ticket Owners Can Add Members is on Gives a user access to the ticket.
/remove user Staff or the ticket owner Removes a user's access. The ticket owner can't be removed.
/move category (autocomplete) Staff Moves the ticket to another category. Channel tickets only — threads can't be moved.
/rename name Staff Renames the channel. The ticket number/suffix is kept automatically.
/unclaim Staff Releases a claimed ticket. Requires claiming to be enabled and the ticket to be claimed.
/close reason (required) Administrators and Elevated Roles Closes the ticket right away after a confirmation prompt.
/closerequest reason, time (hours) Staff Schedules the ticket to close after the delay. The owner or staff can press Deny to cancel.
/reopen Staff Restores a closed ticket's status from inside its channel. See Closing & Reopening.

Admin commands

Command Options Who can use it What it does
/reopen ticket (number) Administrators and Elevated Roles Reopens a closed ticket by its number, recreating the channel if it was deleted.
/ticket-dashboard Manage Server Opens the configuration dashboard.
/blacklist add / remove / list user (add/remove) Administrators, or the configured Blacklist Role Manages who is blocked from opening tickets.
/stats user target, timeframe Manage Server, Administrators, or any support role Staff performance, counted by tickets that person claimed.
/stats global timeframe Manage Server, Administrators, or any support role Server-wide metrics.

timeframe is one of Current Week, Current Month, or All Time.

Permission tiers at a glance

Tier Gets
Administrator Everything, including /close, /reopen ticket:<n>, and /blacklist.
Elevated Role Instant /close and reopen by number, plus normal staff powers when they also hold a support role.
Support Role (global or per-category) View, claim, move, rename, add/remove, and /closerequest.
Manage Server Open the dashboard and view /stats.
