EssentialsX

BusyTab uses EssentialsX for one thing: knowing who is AFK. It is detected at startup, and BusyTab logs Hooked into Essentials.

The AFK tag

%busytab_afk% is replaced with the afk-tag text while EssentialsX reports the player as AFK. Otherwise it is replaced with nothing.

yaml
afk-tag: ' &7[AFK]&r'

tablist-name-format: '&8[&e%vault_rank%&8] &f%player_name%%busytab_afk%'

nametag:
  suffix: '%busytab_afk%'

The default config uses it in the tab list name and in the nametag suffix. You can also use it in the header and footer, where it reflects the player looking at the list.

Timing

The tag appears and disappears on the next refresh, so up to one refresh-interval (default 5s) after the player's AFK status changes. When a player counts as AFK is set in EssentialsX's own config (auto-afk).

Without EssentialsX

%busytab_afk% is always replaced with nothing. You can leave it in your formats.
