Common Issues

The main menu opens when I right-click with a pickaxe. Pickaxe View's right-click shortcut is switched on for you. Open /mine and click the Pickaxe View button to turn it off. Admins can remove the feature with Settings.Other.DisablePickaxeView: true in modules/core/config.yml.

My items disappeared from the Mine Shop. Unsold items are returned to your inventory when the menu closes, or dropped at your feet if it's full.

A Refinery click does nothing, or says the dropper is the wrong way. The dropper must face up, with a fence directly on top. Right-click the fence, not the dropper. See Refinery.

"Invalid Vessel recipe" in the Refinery. The dropper holds fossils but not all eight parts of one Vessel. Parts from different Vessels don't mix. Use Fossil Transmuters and Bone Marrow to finish a set.

The Mining Tome menu says my artifact is invalid. It needs an opened artifact. Right-click a sealed artifact first, then place it in the menu. The gemstone must also be examined (right-clicked), and you need 10 Rune Dust in one stack.

My Uncharged Oracleite isn't charging. Hold exactly one in your off-hand and mine diamond ore. A stack won't charge.

The Vessel boss vanished. A Requium Orb was wrong, the time limit ran out, or you died. The attempt is recorded under Previous Attempts in /mine vessel, with correct orbs shown in green.

The Challenge button is grey. The Vessel needs 100% anger and three Requium Orbs placed. Kill more Thralls to raise anger.

I can't open someone's minion. Only the owner can, or a player with busymining.admin.

A player's Zeta or level looks wrong after I edited the database. BusyMining keeps online players' data in memory and saves over the database. Edit data while the player is offline, or use /mine addzeta and /mine addxp.
