Currency Manager GUI

/obfeco manage (or /obfeco gui, permission obfeco.gui) opens the Currency Manager: create, edit and delete currencies without touching a file. Changes are written to the currency's file right away.

Main menu

A 54-slot menu with up to 45 currencies per page. Each currency shows as a gold ingot named after its display name, with lore from gui.currency-manager.currency-lore in config.yml.

Action What it does
Left-click a currency Opens the editor for it
Right-click a currency Opens a delete confirmation (the primary Vault currency can't be deleted)
Emerald Create a new currency
Arrows Previous / next page, and Back to the category list when categories are on

Creating a currency

Click the emerald and a sign opens. Type the display name on the first line and close the sign. The id is made from the name: color codes and anything other than letters, numbers and _ are stripped, then it's lowercased (Gold Coins becomes goldcoins). The new currency starts with no symbol, a starting balance of 0, decimals on, and the category you were browsing.

Deleting a currency

Right-click opens a confirmation screen. Delete removes the currency, its file, and every player's balance in it. Cancel goes back. This can't be undone.

Editor

Left-click a currency to open Editing: <id>. Text and number fields open a sign; type the new value on the first line.

Button Field Input
Name tag Display name Sign; MiniMessage tags allowed
Feather Symbol Sign
Gold ingot Starting balance Sign; a number
Book Format Sign; use %amount% and %symbol%
Lime / gray dye Use decimals Click to toggle
Bell / note block Give notifications Click to toggle

Chest Category Sign; a category id from categories.yml
Chest minecart Subcategory Sign; a subcategory id in that category
Arrow Back Returns to the manager

Leave the category or subcategory sign empty to clear it. The editor doesn't check the id against categories.yml, so a typo files the currency under Uncategorized in the menu. Changing the category or subcategory moves the currency file into the matching folder for you. See Categories and Currencies for what each field does.

Category browsing

With gui.currency-manager.use-categories: true in config.yml and at least one category in categories.yml, /obfeco manage opens a category list first, then subcategories (if the category has any), then the currencies inside. Currencies with no category, or a category that isn't defined, appear under a built-in Uncategorized entry.

Customizing the text

Menu titles, buttons and most lore live under gui: in messages.yml. The create button lore and the per-currency lore are read from gui.currency-manager in config.yml. The currency lore supports {id}, {display}, {starting}, {decimals}, {notify-give} and {notify-take}. See Message Customization.
