Admin GUI

ClearLaggEnhanced features an easy-to-use in-game GUI that allows administrators to manage and configure all modules without editing YAML files.

Accessing the GUI

To open the main menu, use the following command:

  • /lagg admin (or /cl admin)

Permission Required: CLE.admin

Navigation

The GUI is organized into several categories, matching the plugin's modules:

1. Main Menu

The starting point for all configurations. From here, you can access individual module settings.

2. Module Settings

Each module (e.g., Entity Clearing, Mob Limiter) has its own sub-menu. In these menus, you can:

  • Enable/Disable the module with a single click.
  • Adjust Settings such as intervals, limits, and protection toggles.

Example: Entity Clearing Menu

  • Toggle Status: Click to enable or disable the clearing process.
  • Interval Settings: Adjust how often the clearing runs.
  • Protection Toggles:
    • Protect Named Entities
    • Protect Tamed Entities
    • Protect Stacked Entities

3. Back Button

Easily return to the previous menu using the arrow icon.

Why Use the GUI?

  • Real-time Updates: Most changes applied via the GUI take effect immediately.
  • Ease of Use: No need to remember complex YAML paths or reload the plugin manually for minor adjustments.
  • Visual Feedback: Clearly see which modules are active and their current settings.

While the GUI is powerful, some advanced configurations might still require editing the YAML files directly in the plugins/ClearLaggEnhanced/ folder.
