Dreamlight Fishing 26.7.1 Update
🎣 Fishing Gameplay Updates
- Immediate Catch: Reverted the complex reeling mechanic. Once you successfully complete the minigame, you will receive your catch immediately—just like classic fishing, but with the added fun of the challenge!
- Removed Reeling AI: Fish no longer spawn in the world to be "reeled in," fixing issues with fish getting stuck or despawning during the process.
🌊 Minigame Visual Improvements
- 3D World Rendering: The fishing minigame rings are now rendered directly on the water surface around your bobber. The old 2D screen overlay has been removed for a more immersive feel.
- Stable Target Ring: The goal ring is now a solid Gold color and remains stationary on the water.
- Dynamic Closing Ring: The closing ring now changes color from Red to Green the moment it enters the "safe to click" zone, providing a clear visual cue for success.
- Better Visibility: Ring thickness and scale have been adjusted to be clearly visible in various lighting and weather conditions.
- Reduced Clutter: Removed the bobber vibration effect to keep the minigame visuals clean and stable.
🛠️ Technical Fixes
- Cross-Version Stability: Resolved multiple rendering and synchronization bugs across the entire 1.21.x range.
- Full Compatibility: The mod now officially supports and is optimized for every Minecraft version from 1.21.1 up to 1.21.11.
